This week’s featured event, page one Volume One is the Beirut Barracks Bombing Remembrance Ceremony. Taking place at the hallowed grounds of Veterans Memorial Park, situated at the intersection of Church and Bridge Streets in Putnam, Connecticut, this ceremony commences at 3 PM.
