(Episode )
ORGANIZATION: “Float 41”

GUEST: Sarah Lateano, Owner & Veteran Nik Alevras
WEBSITE: http://www.Float41.com

This was an incredible segiment highlighting “Floatation Therapy”. Float 41 has received a number of awards and based on the number of 5 star reviews this is certainly a form of relaxing therapy worth looking into. Epson Salt is used to allow you to float. This form of therapy was developed in the 1950’s and has proven to be extremely effective. Nik has become a regular face at Float 41, he sat in to give his own moving testimony on how this therapy has dramatically helped him. I strongly encourage you to check out Sarah’s website at http://www.float41.com and look at what they have to offer. They have 2 locations, Bishops Corner in West Hartford and Shunpike Rd in Cromwell.

(Episode )
GUEST: Nik Alervas

Nik is a Veteran of the Greek Army. Anyone who is in the Veteran Community here in CT knows or has heard of Nik. He does a tremendous amount for the fellow Veterans. He has and current volunteers his time to a number of organizations. He recently has gotten evolved in Equine Therapy. He organizes a number of “Rucks” (long veteran organized walks with backpacks) during the course of the year east of the river. Many of these Rucks honor those Veterans who are no long with us. When Nik isn’t volunteering he can be found at his “2 Brothers Restaurant” in Salem by the old 4 corners. If your in the area stop by and enjoy a great meal.
Look for these two great episodes first on YouTube in a week or so and then statewide on Frontier and then on Comcast channel 5. A special thanks to Scott Thibodeau who stepped up to Direct these (2) episodes and to Nutmegs own Rich Constrastano and Madeline Guzman who lend their invaluable time and expertise to help us with the show!! Till next time!! CW
