Mayor Laura R. Hoydick Announces Annual Veterans Breakfast
STRATFORD — Mayor Laura R. Hoydick today announced that the Town of Stratford will host this year’s Veterans Breakfast on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. The annual event, which has provided breakfast for more than 1,500 veterans since 2012, is scheduled to start at 9 a.m., and will be held at Vazzano’s Four Seasons in Stratford. There is no charge for veterans or their guest, who will receive a full traditional breakfast.
The Stratford Veterans Museum will be scanning pictures of veterans, preferably in uniform, to display in the “Blue Star Room”. Attendees are encouraged to bring a photo. All photos will be returned.
The deadline to register is Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Veterans and non-veterans who are interested in attending may register by calling (203) 385-4029. Please ask to register for the Veterans Breakfast. Additional details of the event, and online registration, is available at https://www.stratfordct.gov/page/veterans

WORK_SPACE is honored to host a poignant showcase celebrating the artistic talents of veterans and current military personnel, as well as their immediate family members. This exhibition is timed to coincide with Manchester’s hosting of “The Wall That Heals,” a traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, which will be on display at Charter Oak Park from September 19th to 22nd, 2024.
