1.) Parents may help children cast, but children must reel in the fish.
2.) Fish should be brought to the measuring table as soon as caught; in case of a tie, fish with the earliest time will win.
3.) Only 2 trout per angler may be kept (state rules). Do not return trout to the lake. All other species may be catch & release

If they need transportation, perhaps you could arrange to bring them to and from the luncheon.
