BANTAM: Saturday, December 7th, 10:00 a.m., Bantam Borough Hall.
Thomas Fenn, Sr. of Plymouth, fathered 13 children. At least five of them either served in the army or in civil offices during the Revolutionary War. The following five will be honored on December 7th: Eber of Wadsworth’s Brigade, Jacob and Jason of General Wooster’s Regiment, Thomas, Jr. who served with Colonel Baldwin’s Regiment and Isaac who supported soldier’s families during the war,
Post 44 continues to honor and respect all our citizens who sacrificed so that we could become an independent country.
Please join veterans and descendants of the Fenn family on December 7th for the tribute and social time with light refreshments.

Honoring Connecticut’s armed forces, the tree features Gold Stars for the fallen, Silver Stars for the injured, and Blue Stars for those actively serving. Decorated by veterans, it stands as a tribute to their sacrifices.
Created by Navy Gold Star Mother Kathryn Cross, the tree serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by service members and their families.
