A graduate of Plainfield High School in 2002, Frank was known for his infectious smile, sharp wit, and natural leadership. His commitment to service led him to enlist in the U.S. Army in March 2005, setting the course for a career defined by resilience and selflessness.
His journey began with the 1st Battalion, 36th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 1st Armored Division in Friedberg, Germany, where he deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Recognized for his expertise and mentorship, he later served as a Javelin instructor at Fort Benning before joining the 2nd Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Frank’s dedication to his mission and his fellow soldiers earned him numerous accolades, including the Bronze Star Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Combat Infantryman Badge. Yet, beyond his military honors, he was most proud of his role as a loving husband to Danielle and a devoted father to their daughter, Victoria.
