Tragically, on June 29, 2009, while serving in Baghdad, Iraq, Sgt. Kramer’s life was cut short when an improvised explosive device struck his vehicle. Though his time on earth was brief, his impact on those who knew him and his legacy in the military community continue to inspire.

As we remember Edward today, we celebrate the remarkable person he was—the man who served with honor and dedication. His memory lives on through the stories of his service, the friendships he forged, and the family he cherished.
