Participants will spend a night on the Winsted Green, bringing awareness to the persistent issue of homelessness in our community and supporting the work of the Winsted Y Homeless Shelter. Pitch a tent, a cardboard box or sleep under the stars as you experience what it’s like to be homeless for a winter’s night. There is no registration fee, however participants/teams are asked to raise funds for the cause and get sponsorships for their night in the cold.
Teams can set up a tent for the night. Each team is required to have at least one responsible adult.
Join us for a Winter sleep-out to raise $20,000 for the Winsted Y Homeless Shelter
