Submission Guidelines:

Deadline for Upcoming Edition:
To be included in the Saturday edition of the weekly calendar, your request must be submitted no later than Monday at 5:00 PM of the same week.

Advance Planning Strongly Encouraged:
We recommend submitting your request as early as possible prior to your event or program date to ensure maximum visibility.

Ongoing Inclusion for Future Dates:
If your event or program is scheduled more than one week in the future, it will be featured in all applicable weekly editions leading up to the Saturday before—or the day of—the event.

Confirmation and Edits:

You will receive a confirmation within two business days, including a screenshot of your event listing as it will appear.

Please review the listing carefully and reply with any corrections or edits as needed.
