We are excited to partner with Chell’s Charcuterie to host a fun evening of Charcuterie making, raffles and friends. We will have a limited number of vendors attending who will be selling a variety of items that complement our charcuterie boards. This 1.5 hour class is hands on and available for all ages. You will learn how to design and arrange a beautiful charcuterie board. Create a provolone rose, kiwi star, salami flowers and more. Then you get to take it home to enjoy.
Included: 10″ disposable bamboo board, 4 cheeses, 2 meats, fresh fruits, dry fruits and fresh herbs. All tools are provided for you to create your masterpiece.
*Add $10 pp for a prepared Charcuterie Board to enjoy during the class.
