VFW POST 2046 Manchester invites all veterans and guests to join the post for the laying of wreaths at the Manchester Vietnam Memorial. We will also, salute the arrival of the “The Wall That Heals” to Manchester on September 17th
Laying of the wreaths will be begin at 11:45am.
Arrival of the wall will be at approximately 12pm.

He passed away on February 22, 2022, at 75, after battling cancer. Renowned for his leadership and decorated with multiple awards, Joseph cherished family time, sports, and left a lasting legacy in Wallingford, Connecticut.
