Veterans, service members, and cadets can enjoy a free SOS breakfast with coffee and home fries.The meal honors all who served, featuring SOS made from the 1942 Army Cook manual. Following the breakfast, the New Haven Veterans Day Ceremony begins at 11 a.m. at City Hall with a wreath-laying at the Great War Flagpole on the Green.

The City of Norwalk will host their annual Veterans Day celebration on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in the Concert Hall at City Hall. The program begins at 10:30 a.m. with a 30-minute concert by the American Festival Band. The formal portion begins at 11:00 a.m., marking the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month when the armistice was signed ending World War I. A reception will follow in the Community Room. Stop by and help us honor our veterans.
